All experiences at Garland Mountain are supported by trained Activity Hosts whose priorities are comfort, confidence, and an enjoyable visit.
For corporate groups, charity events, and larger group outings, a dedicated Activity Host accompanies the group throughout the experience, offering ongoing guidance, coordination, and support to ensure a smooth and memorable event. For individual guests, families, and small groups, an Activity Host provides a 10–15 minute orientation to help everyone feel at ease, understand how the activities work, and begin their experience with confidence. After this introduction, guests continue at their own pace, with Activity Hosts available around the property whenever assistance is needed.
