Catered minimums include the room for up to 4 hours. Full-day events of up to 8 hours are quoted individually. Additional hours are available for an added charge.
Room-only meetings are available during weekday daytime hours, subject to availability. Evening and weekend gatherings include dining.
Food-and-beverage minimums exclude the 22% service charge and applicable sales tax. Your proposal confirms timing and all charges. Final capacity depends on the approved layout.
For a Terrace Room weekday event of up to 4 hours, $900 in food and hosted beverages meets the minimum and includes your room. If purchases fall short, the difference is charged.

Introductory launch pricing. Your food and hosted beverages count toward one minimum. Exclusive restaurant use is included when that minimum is met.
Introductory minimums apply to events held during our first 90 days of restaurant operation.
Access begins no earlier than 3:30 p.m. Subject to management approval. Full restaurant buyouts are unavailable Sundays.
A 22% service charge and applicable sales tax are additional. Your proposal confirms event hours, guest count and final arrangements.
The Terrace Room
One room, arranged

Up to 25 guests, depending on configuration. Choose a conference, private dining or theater layout to suit your gathering.

How does the dining minimum work?
Your menu, hosted beverages and host-paid upgrades count toward the food-and-beverage minimum. The room is included when that minimum is met. If purchases fall short, the difference is charged as the event minimum. If you spend more, you pay the actual qualifying total. The minimum is not added again. The 22% service charge and applicable tax are additional.
Can we reserve a room without dining?
Yes. Room-only meetings are available during weekday daytime hours, subject to availability. Evening and weekend gatherings include dining. Ask our events team to confirm the available time blocks for your preferred date.
How do we reserve our date?
A signed agreement and a deposit of 50% of the estimated event invoice reserve your booking. The deposit is applied to your final invoice. Your final menu and guaranteed guest count are due seven days before the event. Cancellation terms will be included in your agreement.
What about extra time or special arrangements?
Additional hours are available for an added charge, subject to availability. Combined rooms and custom setups are quoted individually. Events on a normally closed day carry a $250 opening charge. Advanced AV, dedicated technical support, extensive decorating and unusual cleanup are quoted separately.
Can we bring outside food or drinks?
All food and beverages are provided by Garland Mountain. Our events team will help you plan the menu and beverage service for your gathering.
