3/15/2024 Restoration Update:
Today brings exciting news! Our permitting has been approved, and construction has officially started! We’re hitting the ground running, with our framers even working through the weekend to accelerate the cart barn conversion process.
Despite the challenges of delays, rest assured, the end result will be nothing short of spectacular. The transformed cart barn will be amazing, and our landscaping plans for the event lawn and new patio area are simply stunning. We’re eagerly anticipating sharing the finished product with everyone.
We are aiming for completion by the end of June or early July. Stay tuned for more updates!
Warm regards,
Jack and the Garland team

Garland Mountain Lodge Destroyed By Fire:
In the early hours of Thursday, November 2nd, Garland Mountain’s lodge experienced a fire, resulting in its complete destruction. The fire is thought to have originated in the attic. Unfortunately, the alarm system’s communication device located in the attic was destroyed early in the fire and unable to communicate when alarms were eventually tripped in the main lodge. The lodge burned for several hours prior to the first 911 call.
We are in the process of converting our 3000 sq ft cart barn into a beautiful check-in and event space including a check-in counter, a comfortable lounge area with quality furnishings, restrooms, a dining area, windows, glass garage doors for ample light exposure, and a patio with mountain views. This space will enable us to continue hosting our scheduled spring 2024 events and allow us to operate “business as usual”, including service to the public. We expect this conversion to be completed by the end of March.
Simultaneously, as the cart barn conversion progresses, we will begin the redesign and build-out of the new lodge/restaurant.
Please feel free to Contact Us if you’d like to schedule an event, or have any general question.
We are committed to keeping everyone informed through Facebook updates and our newsletter.
Warm regards,
Jack and the Garland team
